AI-structured clinical data for fertility clinics

Every patient's cycle, lab, and scan data on one timeline

Amilis structures the fragmented records fertility clinics juggle across systems into a single view clinicians can read before the consultation begins.

The problem

Three systems. One patient. Zero coherence.

A patient's cycle history lives in a spreadsheet. Their hormone assay results are in a PDF export from the laboratory. Imaging notes sit in a PACS folder three screens away. A clinician preparing for a fertility consultation may spend 30 minutes or more reassembling the picture before they can begin thinking about it.

Cycle records in spreadsheets

Most small fertility clinics track cycle phase data in custom spreadsheets maintained by individual staff members. Each one is structured differently.

Lab exports in disconnected files

Hormone assay results arrive as PDF or CSV exports from a laboratory information system. They do not automatically attach to the patient's other records.

Imaging notes filed separately

Ultrasound reports and follicle count notes often live in a PACS system or a shared folder entirely separate from clinical records.

What Amilis does

One view that speaks the language of reproductive medicine

Amilis connects to the data sources your clinic already holds, structures each record onto a chronological patient timeline, and presents cycle phases, lab values, and imaging events in clinical context. The clinician reads the picture. Amilis does not interpret it.

  • Cycle phase bands displayed as a horizontal track with date alignment
  • Hormone lab results plotted on the same axis, with reference values noted
  • Imaging events marked as point entries with brief notation visible on hover
  • Works with CSV imports and HL7 FHIR exports from systems already in use

How it works

From scattered records to a consultation-ready timeline

Three steps. No technical staff required.

1

Connect

Import existing records via CSV upload or HL7 FHIR export. Amilis reads your clinic's current file structure. No format conversion required before import.

2

Organise

Amilis maps each record to the correct position on a patient's timeline: cycle phase entries, lab result dates, and imaging event notes all fall into place chronologically.

3

Review

Before the patient arrives, the clinician opens the timeline and reads the full picture in one view. No tab-switching, no PDF hunting, no spreadsheet lookup.

Before we started the pilot, I was spending the first part of every consultation finding information that should have been in front of me already. The timeline view changed how I prepare for the day completely.
