The patient timeline fertility clinics have been building manually
Amilis does in minutes what your team currently does across three systems and a morning.
Every data type your clinic already captures
Fertility clinic records exist across three distinct formats. Amilis reads each one and places it on the same patient axis.
Cycle phase records
Follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phase entries from clinic spreadsheets or manual records. Amilis maps each phase to its correct date position on the patient timeline, regardless of which staff member created the original record or how the spreadsheet was structured.
Hormone assay results
FSH, LH, E2, AMH, and other reproductive hormone panel values from laboratory information system exports. Lab draw dates and result values are placed as point markers on the timeline axis alongside the cycle phase data for the same period.
Imaging notes
Ultrasound scan dates, follicle counts, and brief clinical notations from PACS exports or shared folder records. Imaging events are shown as date-anchored markers on the timeline. The clinician can open the source note directly from the marker.
One horizontal view of a patient's full reproductive history
Six months of cycle, lab, and imaging data on one axis. Clinicians read the pattern before the patient arrives.

Works with how your clinic records data today
Import-based, not a live EMR connector requiring certification. Amilis reads what you already have.
CSV import
Upload cycle data spreadsheets and lab result exports directly. Amilis reads your clinic's existing column structure without requiring a specific format template. Common column name variations are mapped automatically.
HL7 FHIR import
For clinics using systems that export HL7 FHIR R4 bundles, Amilis reads Observation, DiagnosticReport, and ImagingStudy resources directly. No middleware or custom API work required on the clinic side.
Manual entry
Add individual cycle records, lab results, or imaging notes directly inside Amilis. Useful for newly starting clinics, historical records that predate digital formats, or data that arrives in non-importable form.
