Common questions about pricing

There is no setup fee on any plan. Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Annual plans are billed upfront and run for 12 months. We do not charge per-patient or per-import fees on top of the monthly rate.
Yes. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included with every plan at no extra charge. Amilis acts as a UK GDPR data processor on your clinic's behalf, and the DPA sets out the responsibilities of both parties in writing. We will send the DPA template as part of the early-access onboarding.
If your active patient timeline count approaches or exceeds the Starter plan limit of 300, we will contact you to discuss moving to the Clinic plan. You will not be cut off automatically. During early access, we are monitoring usage closely with each partner clinic and will discuss transitions with adequate notice.
Yes. Amilis is designed to work with retrospective data. You can import historical cycle records, lab exports, and imaging notes for patients whose treatment predates your Amilis subscription. There is no restriction on the age of data you import, provided it is within the 24-month timeline span the platform displays.
During early access, we begin with a structured walkthrough session where we map your clinic's specific data structure to Amilis before you commit to a plan. This lets both sides confirm that the platform works with your actual records. Early-access clinic partners receive a reduced rate during the initial onboarding period as part of that arrangement.
Annual plans are invoiced upfront for the full 12-month term and attract a 10% discount compared to the monthly rate. Payment is by bank transfer or card. At the end of the 12-month term, we will contact you to discuss renewal. Annual plans are not auto-renewed without your written confirmation.
